Expansion of the Cheese Factory
In an effort to meet the ever-increasing demands of both domestic and international markets, the Cooperative is investing in the modernization of its facilities and the improvement of the cheese factory's production process.
The new investment includes the construction of a new two-story raw material warehouse with an area of 4602, capable of storing up to 11,000 barrels , a new two-story metal building that will house two new Feta maturation rooms with a capacity of 500 barrels per day, the construction of a modern mizithra drying facility, as well as new offices and staff accommodation units
